Dr. Ravindra M. Joshi

MD, DM (Medical Oncology), MBBS

Dr. Ravindra M. Joshi is the founder and lead consultant at Dr. Joshi's Cancer Centre & Hemato-Oncology Clinic, Miraj-Sangli. With over 25 years of experience in oncology and hemato-oncology, he is the first DM-qualified Hemato-Oncologist in the Sangli district, bringing super-specialist cancer and blood disorder care to patients across the region. Holding qualifications of MBBS, MD and DM in Medical Oncology, Dr. Joshi offers chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, bone marrow biopsy, and palliative care locally, so patients from Sangli, Miraj, Kolhapur, Satara, Islampur, and surrounding areas no longer need to travel to Pune or Mumbai. Consultations are available in Marathi, Kannada, Hindi and English.

Dr. Priyadarshan V Chitale

MBBS, MS, FMAS

Dr. Priyadarshan V Chitale is a Surgical Oncologist with 19 years of experience as a Cancer Surgeon in Sangli, having performed more than 10,000 Major & Supramajor Cancer Surgeries. He completed his MBBS & MS from B J Medical College & Sassoon General Hospital, Pune (1991–2001), followed by Senior Residency in Surgical Oncology at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai (2003–2006). He currently consults at Joshi Cancer Centre (Miraj), Chitale Clinic (Sangli), Shree Siddhivinayak Ganapati Cancer Hospital (Miraj), and KIMS-UAIMS Superspeciality Hospital (Sangli). Since 2017, he serves as a Mentor for the Head Neck Cancer Surgery Fellowship recognised by MUHS. He has contributed to clinical research in Breast Cancer, has a special interest in Minimally Invasive Cancer Surgery, and has organised more than 30 Cancer Awareness & Anti-Tobacco programmes.

Dr. Sachin Kothavale

MBBS, MD (Anaesthesiology)

Dr. Sachin Kothavale is an experienced Anaesthesiologist and Critical Care specialist. He completed his MBBS from J.N. Medical College, Belgaum, and MD (Anaesthesiology) from Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore (MAHE University). He holds an ICU Fellowship from Manipal Hospital, Bengaluru. Dr. Kothavale has worked as a Consultant at Sidhivinayak Cancer Hospital and as an Assistant Professor at Bharati Vidyapeeth, Sangli. He currently serves as the CEO of Kothavale Hospital, leading hospital operations and delivering expert anaesthesiology and ICU care to his patients.

Dr. Dinesh Badakh

Dr. Dinesh Badakh is a highly experienced Radiation Oncologist with an MD from Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai. With over 24 years of experience and 30,000+ patients treated, he specialises in Head & Neck Oncology, Breast Cancer, Neuro-Oncology, Thoracic Oncology, and Brachytherapy. He is expert in advanced techniques including RapidArc, IMRT, IGRT, SRS, and TBI, and has been instrumental in establishing these programmes at SSGCH, Miraj. He is a member of AROI and ESTRO.

Dr. Milind Joshi

Medical graduate of Government Medical College, Miraj. Dr. Milind Joshi brings approximately 25 years of hands-on experience practising in private ICU setups, delivering expert critical care to patients in the Sangli-Miraj region.
