Immunotherapy has transformed cancer treatment over the past decade, offering durable responses in cancers that once had very limited options. At Dr. Joshi's Cancer Centre, we offer checkpoint inhibitors, cytokine therapies and immunomodulatory agents where clinically indicated. Before initiating immunotherapy, we carry out appropriate biomarker testing — such as PD-L1 expression and tumour mutational burden — to identify patients most likely to benefit. Like all treatments we offer, immunotherapy at our centre is planned and supervised by Dr. Joshi himself, with close monitoring for immune-related side effects and regular response assessments throughout the course.
