Dr. Priyadarshan V Chitale is a Surgical Oncologist with 19 years of experience as a Cancer Surgeon in Sangli, having performed more than 10,000 Major & Supramajor Cancer Surgeries.
He completed his MBBS & MS from B J Medical College & Sassoon General Hospital, Pune (1991–2001), followed by Senior Residency in Surgical Oncology at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai (2003–2006).
He currently consults at Joshi Cancer Centre (Miraj), Chitale Clinic (Sangli), Shree Siddhivinayak Ganapati Cancer Hospital (Miraj), and KIMS-UAIMS Superspeciality Hospital (Sangli).
Since 2017, he serves as a Mentor for the Head Neck Cancer Surgery Fellowship recognised by MUHS. He has contributed to clinical research in Breast Cancer, has a special interest in Minimally Invasive Cancer Surgery, and has organised more than 30 Cancer Awareness & Anti-Tobacco programmes.
